How can I be fluent in English?
As I am a student at faculty of arts, English department in the third year, I want to have great knowledge of this language to improve myself at speaking, writing, reading and grammer. My first step to improve my pronunciation, so I want a help to practice. I can teach my partener my source language "Arabic."

I think that the best way to be fluent in english is to practice. My native language is Portuguese and I'm learning english too.
Speak with English speakers, watch movies, YouTube videos, etc.

I can't agree more about practicing. The more you use the language the more fluent you become. On the other hand one of the most important things is to be motivated and to have a topic to talk over. As they say where is the will there is the way.
Reading and listening are great to enrich the vocabulary and improve the speaking.
Be motivated and you'll succeed!
