I mainly use the communicative approach where the student learns to communicate in real life contexts by making requests ,accepting offers and explaining things while learning the language. This method achieves fluency fast. I also use the Total Physical Response method in which my students react to my gestures, miming and acting out the language .It helps the students remain focused when learning for a long time and also engages them physically .It also helps them relate the language to the activity being done hence making it easy to understand and remember. |
