My wife and I have an interest in the language and culture. Also, I would like to learn the language for potential future career advancement.
Zero experience.
As much time as it will take. I travel most weekdays so it will have to be a weekend learning experience. I would like to be able to take materials with me during the week to practice and learn in between lessons.
M y being older and having obligations now, it will be very difficult to spend any long amount of time immersed in the languaged so finding someone who can help immerse me would be ideal.

I will be traveling to India and hopefully visiting there for a period of six to nine months. I want to learn about the culture and believe knowing how to speak Hindi will help make this more personal. I also have a desire to learn to write I believe the written language of 'Sanskrit'.
I am a beginner in proficiency.
I need improvement in both grammar and conversation.
I am willing to put in a total of 20 hours a week. This includes both study time as well as time with teacher.
I would love to have practical lessons, as well as book lessons. If possible someone who knows the culture first hand and has spent time in India.

Hello,
My ancestors are from a Lusophone country named Guinea Bissau. After meeting individuals from Bissau and forging friendships, I decided to learn the Portuguese language to enhance my knowledge of the culture and its people. I am a beginner with very limited knowledge of a few words that I learned on my own.
Speci fically, I am only interested in learning Euro Portuguese, preferably from a native Euro Portuguese speaker fluent in English. I have a busy work schedule and prefer of have lessons that include grammar and conversation no more than once or twice per week. My goal is to become fluent.
