My name is Jay and I'm currently at beginner Japanese. I want to teach English abroad in Japan through the JET program, but there's not a very clear or concise road map to learning the language. So far I've been studying through Tae Kim and Genko I - II second edition, but a lot of the general information provided to me doesn't seem to flow together as eloquently as I expected it to.

I want to learn Spanish so I can become a digital nomad and live in Spanish-speak ing countries. I am a beginner, and have not studies any formal Spanish. I would like to focus first on learning conversationa l Spanish, and not worry too much about grammar. That will come in time.
