I am learning this foreign language because I'm engaged to my fiance who speaks pashto and want to be able to teach my kids and speak to them in pastho. I am going to start at beginner. I want to be able to speak pashto and understand it, not fluently but somewhat so that i know what i am saying. I do not care about reading or writing. I just want to learn how to speak pashto. I want to learn this language for a visitor in July. She does not speak english very much and I need to communicate effectively. We like each other very much and I already went to Ukrain for two weeks and I felt handicapped for not knowing the language. This would be usefull for business developement as well.
Prof iciency level for my case is beginner. I need to learn at the conversation level and be able to read as well. I want to invest as much time as possible in the next two months to be a ready as possible. I would like to be able to write in order to communicate via email or facebook.
I need someone who is flexible and patient with me. Someone in a good mood.
