Hello all. I have a big brother who's interested in Japan comic, animation, drama, singers and food, and I was totally influenced by him. As I start learning Japanese more and more, it got me interested in other stuff, like kimono, festivals, and world heritage sites.
I believe that I am at intermediate level, though I am really not 100% sure since I study mostly on my own after attending beginner classes.
I think I need improvement on speaking skill. I can do ok when chatting online, because I can take my time to think, or look words up, but I have trouble putting sentences together in a timely manner when I am speaking.
I would like the lesson to be 45-90 minutes long if possible.
I would like to find a teacher who's a native, as I would like to learn more than just the language.

I am a Masters student at the University of Alberta and I need to take a second language proficiency exam in order to graduate. I took Spanish in high school and in my first year of undergrad and so I would place myself in the intermediate level.
