My name is Adamo. I started a job as a graphic designer where I deal with a Chinese printing company from Wenzhou China. In November, I plan to travel there and would like to have as enriched an experience as possible by trying to communicate in the native language.
I want to take advantage of potential business opportunities with the Chinese, and I feel it is a matter of respect to be able to speak in the language.

I am 22 years old of Italian descent, yet I can barely speak a word of my own language. I realize it is a little late to start now, but I really want to learn how to speak Italian so I can surprise my grandmothers and be able to have a conversation with them in their own native language. I am able to commit to one day a week (preferebly a weekend) for as long as needed. I need a patient teacher who can make learning Italian fun. I am interested in learning to speak Portuguese because my fiance is from Portugal and would like to be able to communicate with his family without the need of him translating, I would also like to be fluent in the language so that when I have children they too can share in a second language.
I can understand some of the conversations that I am around; however I am limited to what I can respond with. I mostly know general conversation Eg: Hi, how are you? etc. I can count to 10 and that is about as far as I have gotten.
I am will to dedicate as much time as possible to learning the language.
I am looking for a teacher that uses different ways to teach and to keep the lessons fun and interesting and one that takes the time to make sure that the information is truly being understood and not judging the student.
