While in Prague over the Christmas break I met a Russian woman with whom I have maintained contact with on a daily basis.
I am planning to visit her in Moscow in the spring and would like to learn more Russian so I can understand a wider range of vocabulary and proper grammar.
I am familiar with the alphabet and the sounds of the letters, but a beginner when it comes to the language in general.
I am willing to dedicate time each night to studying my language lessons, and can meet multiple times a week.

i want to become fluent in this language, i know it will be something usefull as well as being indian is part of whom i am. Please help me.
i am a student so, 2-4 hours a week should be fine. i want a patient, knowledgable and PREPARED teacher, one that knows the tricks and attitudes of being indian. i dont want only the language but also day to day use of the language, slang and sayings.

Hello,
I am federal government employee that has already completed french language training (14 months) to become bilingual, level CCC. However, my levels are expiring and I would like to practice and get prepared to re-take my exams. I am looking for one on one instruction with reading/compr ehension, writing/gramm ar and oral, as these are the 3 areas in which I will be tested. I would like to meet once per week for approximately 2-3 hours per session. I have some written practice tests that I can bring with me. I am looking for a teacher/tutor that is supportive and kind with patience! :-)
