I am very very eager to learn Amharic and Tigrinya. My parents haven't really pushed it on me because I have spent most of my time trying to help them with their english. I want to surprise my parents with being fluent in their language. I really reall would love to be able to take my parents to ethiopia and not just stand there and look stupid as I meet their family. I have had 2 years of college Spanish, but I feel that I am only at a beginning-int ermediate level. I want to refresh conversation and grammar and improve my overall fluency. I would be willing to dedicate 2-10 hours/week for lessons starting in June and going through August. I would like somebody who is a native Spanish speaker, but who also knows grammar well. I would like a teacher who is focused on teaching and who really wants their students to become proficient in Spanish.
