Hello... i am a medical student looking to learn mandarin chinese. I am a befinner looking to learn conversationa l and medical chinese. I do not want to learn to write. I would like to meet twice per week one hours sessions for 8-12 weeks.

I just want to get my comfort level back up-and to learn some grammer.

I am a 30-year-old adult that would like to learn Dutch formally. I know some vocabulary words and conversationa l Dutch only at this juncture. My best friend is getting married in the Netherlands in April 2006, and it is very important for me that I understand what is going on in the ceremony since this is one of the most important days of her life.
I have experience with learning foreign languages, so I do not think that I would be too difficult as a student.
I have the desire to commit any amount of time necessary to learn Dutch. I visit the Netherlands at least once per year, and it is important to me personally to learn Dutch.
I would prefer that my teacher be a native Dutch speaker. I need someone to help me learn the proper Dutch pronunciation s. I need to see mouth movements and ask specific questions about where certain sounds originate in the mouth. I can not do this with video tapes and books.
