I am a beginner, and would like to learn the most common language of China. I am interested in pursuing this on a personal level as well as being an international business major. I want a teacher that is very patient and commited to helping me. I go to school full time and I work about 40-50 hours a week, but I am willing to learn a new lanuage to help me in the future.

I am a beginner. My family is Hungarian, however my brother, cousins and I who were born in the United States do not speak Hungarian. I still have family in Hungary, and I very much desire to be able to have a conversation with them. I also would like to travel back to Hungary again (I've been there once). I would dedicate a great amount of time to my lessons and practicing the language. Although my parents speak Hungarian, I have not learned it from them. They will be great to practice with though! I need a teacher that has a flexible schedule, as mine is very hectic since I am in college. Thank you very much!

I've studied japanese for 4 years in Highschool, i think i might be at the intermediate level
I want to learn Japanese because I feel that God is calling me to go there to do missions in the future. I am also very interested in their culture and may want to enter the entertainment industry in Japan in the future
I need improvement in all areas: grammar, conversation, vocabulary, better understanding of cultural context, etc.
I'm not sure yet, we should discuss it. Right now i'm very busy, maybe just start out at once a week, 2-4 hours each time. But after August, I should be able to have lessons more frequently
I'm looking for a teacher who is patient, clear, and who is open to discuss the material thoroughly with me

I am a beginning Portuguese speaker. I have a lot of friends from Brazil and I learn from them as well as from books. I would like to take serious classes/lesso ns now. My husband and I would like to travel to Brazil within the next year or two and stay there for a few months. I have lots of free time to dedicate to learning Portuguese. I would prefer a teacher who is a native Brazilian but it is not required. I would prefer lessons is person but I am willing to check out other options (via telephone/int ernet).
