I want my children ages 2 and 4 to learn Cantonese. I want them to start learning at a young age but I'm not sure if the 2 year old may be a bit too young. My husband and I would like to participate in the lessons as well. Please contact me to let me know if this is a possibility.

I am a Canadian-born Chinese with intermediate knowledge and comfort of Cantonese. I can speak to family members comfortably in colloquial terms, but have some trouble expressing complex thoughts. I cannot read Chinese but can read a couple words here and there (the basics). I can write in the same way as well.
I want to have a basic/interme diate knowledge of Mandarin to be able to communicate in Macau - where my sister is getting married next year. I also want to get my reading/writi ng skills up to a level where I can interact in Hong Kong comfortably - reading menus, talking to vendors, etc.
I'd like to find someone who speaks English well and can help me in a private setting - either at my home, yours (if it's downtown) or in a public space like a library or coffee shop!
