I want to learn Spanish because I wish to travel to Central or South America. Also, I am in the field of international development and anthropology and so learning a language such as Spanish opens career opportunities to me.
I have no proficiency in the language, but I have learned a more challenging foreign language in the past: Hindi.

I go to Banglaadesh once a year to do volunteer work. I would like to learn Bengali to improve my ability to communicate whoile I am in Bangladesh. I am at a beginner level. - I want to learn Japanese because I am majoring in International Business
- I am taking my first Japanese course at Grant MacEwan
- I keep up with all my homework, I would just like extra practice for verbal communication and interaction, so I can get a better understanding and memory when I can put into context.
