I am writing on behalf of my daughter (aged 10). Her mother tongue is Finnish, but has a relatively good level of spoken English. She is currently at a Finnish local school, but which does not really cater to her level of English, particularly with regards to grammar and writing. Given that my daughter was already fairly advanced in her language skills, we chose French as her A-level foreign language. I am looking for a competent English teacher who would teach at home 2x/week.

Why am i learning - I am studying in Netherlands next to the German boarder, and i would like to have a working options there. Nevertheless, so is impossible without knowing the language.
My proficiency level - Beginner
N o areas for improvement as i do not have any knowledge to improve yet :)
I would like to spend 1-2 hours for German lessons

I am going to be moving to Switzerland soon with my husband and 2 kids (2 and 4) and would like to start learning some basic German before we get there. I am a beginner, although did have some German lessons (long forgotten) at High School.
We move in the middle of August and are away for 3 weeks in July but I would like to try to cram some lessons in between now and when we leave.
My older child is at day care, but my 2 year old is at home with me - so lessons would have to happen with him present - preferably at my house.
It would be nice for both kids to learn German while we're in Switzerland and if there was something I could do lesson-wise to help them start that would be great too.
