Salam! My name is Annika Natus (24), I'm living in Germany and studying arabic since one year at Frankfurt University and would like to improve arabic speach, grammar and conversation, because we only translate and not talk in our lessons... The initial cause, why me and my husband, Shamir Ali (26) want to learn arabic, is to read and understand the Qur'an best as possible. We are searching for a patient teacher (whose lessons are not to expensive) - we would prefere in Damascus - because we don't want to book an expensive school-packag e, but organise the journey ourselves.

Unf ortunately I do not speak German very well but i speak English and French(daily conversation level).
As for my level of Spanish and Catalan, I am an absolute beginner. Regarding Spanish, i was studying for 2 yrs but I fotgot everything.
The frequecy of learning, it depends on the cost.

I'm a beginner student. I want to learn English to improve my career. The particular improvement fields that I feel need are both grammer and conversation. I want to take 15 hours lessons per week between October 2004 and April 2005, for six months. I prefer to take lessons in a school or course building not at home and with two or three more students, not alone.
