I currently speak no Korean other than basic greetings. Therefore i am looking for a very basic beginners level. I want to study Korean as i plan to live in Korea for a few years and would like to leave knowing the language. I work days a week so learning time is difficult. I would like to spend either saturday or sunday learning in person. I would like to learn for a few hours after work via email and other means. I am a beginner in German. I lived in Dresden from May - August 2006 and then moved to South Korea, where I presently live.
The only German I know is what I picked up while living there, and from online studying. So I have a LONG way to go!
I plan to move back to Germany September 2008 and I wish to be fluent by that time in speaking, listening, reading and writing.
I 'm a former journalist whose been teaching English as a foreign language in Germany and South Korea. I will move to Germany with a teaching position, but want to segueway into freelance journalism. In order to do that, I'll need to be fully proficient in German.
Beca use I've learned German haphazardly I need to start at the very beginning in a structured approach. I've begun on my own to try to master the basics and grammar, but this, too, still needs much work!
I would not be opposed to 5 days a week, and want no less than 2 times a week.
Any teacher discount? ^^ (i lived in Mumbai for 3 months, also!)
