I am an absolute beginner in Hungarian but I am taking a one-to-one Hungarian language tuition here in London
I really want to take a one-week intensive language course in Budapest early Jan 2005
I have an English method wihch is quite useful and I am working hard on it.
I can provide some documents for you to see how this learning book works.
I have practiced other languages and I am really quick to learn. Because I am going to Hungary just for a short peiod of time, I want to make the most of it.
I would like to spend at least 5 hours/day in learning.

Hi I'm Andrew Keszthelyi and I wish to learn Hungarian because not only is that who I am, But because I love the language, and I have family that's speaks Hungarian + English but there are some even in Hungary that doesn't speak English. I wish to learn to broaden my horizon. I also wish to be able to go to Hungary with ease to see family (as mentioned above) and to maybe live there one day, but most of all I wish to be able to make new friends there. I wish to use all the time I need until my teacher feels I'm good enough in Hungarian, I wish for my teacher to help me understand the problem I have in Hungarian, I am a beginner with little knowledge. I hope he/she is very open and helpful and is willing to be patient and help as best as he/she can. I am a quick learner and will give no problems, I love languages and Hungarian is my main Priority. Thanks.

Dear madam/sir,
I´m looking for a teacher of hungarian language,I´m total beginner and I´d like to learn mainly conversation and a little bit of grammar. My native language is czech but is not problem to teach me in english or slovak. I´m looking for a job here in Hungary and therefore the base of this language is necessary for me. I am a beginner and at present time using tapes, I am not able to keep the language on my tongue but am begining to understand. Conversation, seems to be my weak point as have nobody to practice with. I am prepared to put as many hours in as possible to achieve my goal to speak as fluent as possible.I would like to have a patient tutor not all fuddy duddy willing to have a laugh at errors etc;

I am a beginner at Hungarian although I really shouldn't be, my father was Hungarian and we now are able to visit family over there, we go about twice a year and I can't speak the language. My Hungarian family all speak English but out of respect for my father and his family I want to be able to speak Hungarian.
I have waited this long, I am now 21, because I have been at school or out with friends a lot, now I feel I have the time to be able to dedicate myself to it as I know just from listening and learning the language is very difficult.
I have studied French, Spanish and Latin at GCSE level, my ability for learning languages was strong then, I have not studied languages for a while though but am sure, as I am determined to succeed, that i will be able to grasp the language soon enough.
