I've completed 4 semesters of Russian language and also an intensive Russian language program that lasted 9 weeks, however this has all been 2 or more years ago. I am simply interested in preserving and improving the language skills I developed and continuing to learn about the culture. Improving my grammar and vocabulary along with writing, reading and speaking skill are the areas I'd like to focus most on. Unfortunantly , I am a full time graduate student and will not have much time to dedicate to studying but would like to devote a couple hours a week to classroom interaction. I hope that the lessons can be done in a group setting with other students.

I would very much like to learn Russian. My back ground is Ukrainian (although I am Canadian)and I have always wanted to learn either Ukrainian or Russian. At the moment I don't even know the cyrillic system but I picture myself as an adept learner. Currently I am amidst persuing both Latin and Ancient Greek, However I would be willing to begin lessons for Russian as soon as possible.
As for a teacher, I am looking for someone that is a native speaker and has access, or can direct me to, sufficient resources for study with them as well as on my own time.

My knowledge of Russian is mixed. I took an intensive course in college 4 decades ago, and I have been to Russia.
I know a number of colloquialism s and everyday phrases
and I am told that my accent is pretty good, but I know
little grammar.
I am motivated to learn it because I will be making
numer ous personal visits to Russia in the near future.
I also hope to give university level lectures, at least
in passable Russian, or at the very least, to be able to understand and adequately answer questions in Russian. (my specialty is cognitive science).
I am most interested in mastering grammar.
I have a good deal of time to devote to this.
I need an organized teacher who will take me through
the intricate stuff, different noun inflections, verb classes and so on.
