Im a beginner in french language,id like to learn the language becouse i love the sounding and i could use it in the future in business.I need to improve both the grammar and the conversationa l part,but mostly im interested in conversationa l lessons(the goal is that i could use french on a daily basis without difficulties) .When my work commitments dont require me to be abroad,im thinking about taking 3-4lessons a week.I look for an easygoing teacher,who is sympathic,and can adapt to my level and my needs.

I have a degree in French and Spanish (from university in USA) but I haven't used the languages at all in 30 years. I started speaking Italian more fluently because of work.
I would really like to brush up my French as I will be going on a culinary holiday in Avignon in April, where you are taught by Michelin star chefs, and the course will be in French (with the option of a translator).
What I'm interested in is to brush up some of my grammar, practise speaking to get more fluent and to learn necessary vocabulary for use in the kitchen and, if possible,in the gourmet world.
I will need about 10 lessons and have limited time, so a flexible schedule would be great.
I would like a teacher who is fun and easy going but who is also highly qualified, especially in teaching conversation.
