I have studied Italian previously at college, I am a professional classical singer and most of the music I sing is in Italian.....I translate this (probably very badly) and I need to quicken up my understanding of Italian so that I can perform more convincingly in the language, and so that I can try to get some work singing in Italy. I also need to work on pronunciation . I would like an hour lesson a week - preferably in my own home however that may of course not be possible, so am willing to travel, and be flexible with the time as I work most days and also teach singing from home as well, and have rehearsals and concerts some evenings. I am a hard worker and want to achieve as much Italian knowledge as I can in the time available.

We are a recording studio based in North London. We are currently holding auditions for fluent Latin speakers (2 male, 2 female), preferably with Romanian accents, so that we can record their voices for a language software program. The recording project will be 10 half days (weekdays) between November 17th - December 12th 2008. Please contact us ASAP if you would be interested in this project and have availability in this period. The fee you would be paid for the project is in the region of £1000 - £1500.

Can anyone please help me?
I am looking to learn Norwegian.
I am a complete beginner, with knowledge of only a few words/phrases at the moment.
My husband is Norwegian, but isnt a good teacher, and I really need to learn the language. He will be able to help me practise at home between lessons, but I'd like a professional teacher to teach me properly.
I am free during the day mon/tues & weds, or any evening. I could possibly do weekends too, but would prefer weekdays. I would like to do at least an hour a session, maybe 2.
I lost my job after breaking my back, and now only have a part time job, therefore i am looking for a course with reasonable fees. It's really important to me to learn Norwegian, and I wish I could spend a fortune on lessons, but I simply cant.
I live in Chingford, which is London/edge of Essex, and would prefer a class locally(not central London, as it takes me 1-2 hours to get to the city), or even personal one-to-one lessons if the price is reasonable.
Please can you help?
