I want to learn Brazilian Portuguese because I travel to Brazil often and want to improve my skills.
I am currently between being a beginner and intermediate, but would like to make the time to progress quickly. I feel that I can understand a lot more than what I can speak, which probably due to the fact that I do not speak enough.
I plan to spend 2/3months in Brazil and would be interested in studying full time during this period.
An experienced teacher that makes learning fun, would be preferred.

I have been teaching myself Brazilian Portuguese for a few years and would like to get more serious about it for travel to Brazil. My grammar is good but my conversation skills are terrible. I am looking to learn twice per week and I assume that I will have to travel to Vancouver. This will be no problem.

I am wishing to learn Portuguese for the dual benefit of career advancement as well as personal desire. I am a novice having only taken a few lessons on Rosetta Stone, and I wish to become proficient in conversation and grammar to the point that I may be able to effectively communicate to natives of all ages. I am looking for a teacher that knows how to tutor a student from any level and progress them to their specified goal. I'm an avid learner and appreciate a tutor that enjoys teaching.
