i would like to study portuguese as i have just been to brazil and whilst there gathered a minimal amount of proficiency with the language. i would like to further my knowledge and become efficien in conversation and grammar in sight of doing university exchange in brazil. i would dedicate as much time as possible to the learning of the language as i will also be studying physiotherapy and working part time. in terms of qualities, the lessons for me need to be efficient, with the time being used effectively and the teacher able to ensure this happens.

In 2002, I studied spanish 1a (beginner) and spanish 1b (beginner 2) at teh Uiversity of NSW. During that time I learnt to speak about the present, past and the future (verbs) and learnt general vocab. I am travelling to South America in March and I want to touch up on my spanish skills. I wish to learn the Thai language at a level suitable for basic conversation and travel. I have been to Thailand many times and I am a practitioner & student of Thai Massage. I grew up with friends from Laos so I have a strong affinity with Laos and Thai culture. I am interested in small class room or private classes; I am open to small group learning, also.
