I only know a little arabic, I lived in Abu Dhabi in the UAE for 1.5 years and want to learn gulf arabic fluently as I plan to go back and stay there for a while. I am willing to dedicate as much time as possible to learn arabic and the qualities that i,m looking for in my teacher is to be able to teach me to arabic and be able to pronounce the words without an australian accent.

French:
I have been studying French on and off for nine years, and I am no where near as good as I should be. I studied it in high school and have done a little at Uni. I haven't studied it properly for a year, and have been studying Spanish in the meantime so I am very rusty. Conversation is probably my weakest point, followed by grammar.
I want to spend a bit of time over summer refreshing my language skills, before I go back to uni.
Spani sh:
I have recently been travelling and spent 2 months in Nicaragua. When I arrived I did not speak a word of Spanish but I did take some lessons there. Also I spent two weeks in Barcelona taking some more spanish lessons.
C omprehension is probably my strong point in spanish, because of my background in french. But so far I don't have a great vocabulary or a wide knowledge of grammar.
I intend to pick up spanish at uni next year so want to get a head start over summer.
