I am a Masters I student at Paris-I La Sorbonne, but I have to come home to D.C. for a week of interviews. I will need someone to edit my paper on the nation-state and whether it still exists. This is a largely academic and high-level international affairs theory paper. Will you be able to meet with me during November 3rd or November 4th to work on this and is your French language knowledge specifically nuanced to this level and subject in terms of terminology? I live in Montreal but my native language is chinese and my second language is english. I am between a intermediate and beginners level of french.I work in the service industry which requires me to be at least an intermediate level of conversation. I would like to dedicate at least 2-3 hours a week into learning better grammar and conversationa l skills. I need a teacher that is willing to immerse me into french conversation to force me into speaking and will correct me while I am speaking. If I know that a teacher is able to speak english I would not try my best.
