I do intend on going to Korea relatively soon to teach English and it is important to me to gain some insight into the language so I am not completely lost. I am a beginner, with no background. Japanese - I consider myself a high beginner or low intermediate. I'm learning Japanese for personal growth and travel also. I need to improve my grammar and listening comprehension . I will dedicate as much time as I can. I need a teacher who is very proficient, preferably a native speaker but also speaks English well.
Kore an - I am a beginner, I only started learning in September of 2008. I am learning Korean because I would like to teach english in Korea some day. Since I'm a beginner I need to work on every aspect of speaking and listening. Reading and writing are not a problem.I will dedicate as much time as I can. I need a teacher who is very proficient, preferably a native speaker but also speaks English well.
Mand arin - I am a high beginner. I started learning the language and have traveled to China, I want to keep improving in the language for personal growth. My weakest area is the tones. I would like to learn Korean fluently because I love listening to Korean pop bands. I also dream of becoming a famous Korean pop star in Korea such as dancing and rapping. I had been wanting to learn Korean fluently ever since I got into kpop but I just wasn't able to find a learning source.
My proficiency would probably be at a beginners level. But I am able to read hangul, but the prob;em is I can't understand it and I'm just not sure if I am pronouncing it properly. I need to learn how to greet people and also conversations as well. Basically everything.
I would need improvement on grammar and sentence structure and conversation. SImilar to what I have said before, everything.
Maybe 1 hour and a half or more should be good to me.
I would like my teacher to teach me on how to speak Korean fluently and would be okay with my errors of learning.
