My name is sarah eadie I am thinking about moving to scotland where my mother is living, before I agree to go I need to find a qualified tutor who can teach my eight year old daughter welsh on a daily basis. She has spent her whole life in a welsh school so I do not want her to loose this. She will need to be taught maths reading history science and all other subjects in welsh this means there will be at least three hours a day of tutoring.
