I am at a beginner level of Japanese, but since I am preparing to go to Japan to work at the end of this year, I find I need improvement in all areas. I took lessons a while back, but currently do self-study and realize that is not enough to be able to get to Japan with a good conversationa l base.
Conv ersation would take priority over written, but some written practice and kanji instruction would be extremely welcome.

im Manvitha, based in delhi now. I am looking for a Japanese teacher who cna help me with the 3rd level in JLPT. Ive never given this exam before and so in a sense am clueless as to what to expect.
Iv e been in Japan for the past year and did 10 months of Japanese. But as far as Japanese is concerned thats not much... is it?! That places me firmly as a beginner?!
I need special help with my kanji. i find that they are not only very hard to learn but also very easy to forget.
I can give about 6 to 8 hours a week.
im looking for a teacher who is very professional and has been into teaching Japanese for a while.

I had studied Japanese in High School in one of those Saturday school programs; I learned hirigana, katakana, basic grammar and mostly verb conjugation. During that time I was accepted into a program with the Japan Foundation to visit Japan. As I would like to go back, I would like to re-learn the language and hopefully be able to speak it fluently.
The qualities I am looking for in a teacher is someone will allow me to tackle such a challenge but is also very easy to converse with (in any language), and who has flexible hours.
