I am keenly interested in learning foreign languages, as languages are the means to communication . The reason behind learning is simple, it is my innate nature to acquire new abilities. I wish to learn both Greek and Latin, and I am a complete beginner in both of them. I am prepared to use a few hours per week to pursue this language. I am learning french because my boyfriend of 2 years is french and I want to be more proficient so I can communicate with him, his french friends, and his family (who do not speak english.) I took 1 year of french in high school, 2 years at the university. I remember some of the basics, but cannot do conversationa l.
I need more improvement in conversation and pronunciation s.
I would like to do language lessons once a week on the weekends for a few hours per session. Or am open to other scheduling that might be more beneficial for my needs.
I am looking for a patient, easy going, focused teacher that wont make me feel pressured but at the same time has the eye on the prize.
