Good evening.
I am interested in increasing my very basic knowledge of the Arabic language in order to better communicate with family members who only speak Arabic. I know basic phrases and have tried learning on my own with books and tutorials, but it is very frustrating when I have questions and there is no one to ask. Wh at qualities you are looking for in your lessons or in your teacher? A teacher who isn't so rigid, a flexible teacher. A teacher who is more hands-on (but not so overwhelmingl y hands-on) rather than by the book. A teacher who can arouse cognitive thinking. A teacher who loves his or her job, a teacher with interest in his or her teaching. A teacher who has cultural knowledge of the language he or she teaches.
P referably, a teacher who loves manga.
