I am looking at spending a lot of time in Hyderabad in the near future and am wanting to get a head start on the language. I am an absolute beginner in Telugu and would like to have a main focus on conversation, however would also like to learn to read telugu.
De pending on the cost of lessons, I would like to aim for one lesson a week or possibly one a fortnight. I am looking for a teacher who is very personable and is patient with people learning a second language :)

I need to learn to read, write, and speak Telugu. My husband's native language is Telugu and I've been to India twice now. I want to become proficient in this language, but have found that books alone are no help to me. I have tried to learn some Telugu on my own, but its been a very slow process with very little progress, so I would be considered a beginner!
