Je parle le francais et l'anglais courramment. Je desire parler turc pour pouvoir communiquer avec ma belle-mere, et les gens de la belle-famille qui ne parle ni anglais ni francais. Je connais la base soit l'alphabet, les nombres et quelques mots. Je desire avoir une structure dans mon apprentissage et beaucoup de pratique. Nous devrions retourner en Turquie en aout 2010. I am an American married to a Turkish woman. We will spend half of our retired life in Turkey and half in the U.S. We have been together now for several years, but I have not had time to pursue consistently learning Turkish, although I know some polite words, and survival words. I would like to work with a small group. I am perhaps an advanced beginner. I am interested in conversation, only a minimum in grammar. Developing a larger vocabulary with some appropriate phrasing in my speaking is my priority at this time. I will be willing to have a class daily Monday-Friday . Depending on the size of the group, lessons could be 1-3 hours.I would like to start immediately to have as many classes as possible through June 20 when my daughter and family come to visit.
