I have been travelling in and out of Vietnam for the past 3 years and currently still flying there monthly for business and I seriously need to communicate with the locals. I find it hard to share my thoughts with them.

My skill level is low-intermedi ate (maybe high-beginner ). I've memorized a moderate number of words, but my speaking and listening is poor. I'd like to continue to learn new words while focusing on my speaking and listening skills.
I' m particularly interested in Southern dialect, though a central dialect might be okay. I really want someone who's going to drill me in pronunciation and usage, someone exacting and tough.
My preference is for someone in or around Philadelphia that I could meet with in person. However, I would conduct lessons via video chat with the right tutor (motivated, experienced, etc).
Until May (2008) I'm looking to meet once a week to work primarily on pronunciation and speaking practice based on my coursework. After school's out I'd like to work up a more intensive lesson plan and/or meet for a longer period.
