I have spent a year doing full time language study in Istanbul, Turkey and am interested in continuing my studies while I am in the United States. Conversation and pronunciation practice and improvement are the most important and grammar as well as vocabulary drills will be helpful as well.

I am new in Izmir. I'm in the US military and I recently completed a 200 hour intensive one on one Turkish course at the EF Dil Okulu in Istanbul. The course schedule was the most intensive ever compiled in the history of the school. My lessons would begin at 0800 and finish at 2100 (13 hours a day). I was able to start from no knowledge of Turkish and finished two levels, beginner and Elementary, as well as begin studying early intermediate material. I also speak Spanish and French. I am looking for a private instructor in Izmir that would be able conduct private lessons with me approximately 15-20 hours a week.
