I have a Russian wife that I would like to communicate better in Russian with than is possible now. I have some basic understanding of structure, grammar, tenses and basic vocabulary. I would like to be able to speak more fluently and write more proficiently. I am willing to do between 2-6 hours of lessons each week depending on curriculum and cost of lessons.

I have just started learning Russian using a book. I want proficiency in the language for career progression.
I would like the teacher to hone my basics and the progress to the advanced level.
I prefer morning or day time lessons as I have to attend office in the evenings. Six hours a week would be fine with me.
The teacher should be friendly, communicative and polite. Moreover, she should have a broad knowledge of the language and should be able to go beyond the books.
