Hi, my name is John and I am a college student at UC Riverside and I live in Arcadia, CA. I have no knowledge of Hebew but am very interested in learning because I have an interest Biblical texts. I would very much like to become fluent in reading and conversing in Hebrew and I would like to spend 1 or 2 hours per session. Hello,
I am a complete beginner in Hebrew, but I have taken 2 years of modern standard Arabic. I am interested in learning Hebrew because I am writing an undergraduate honors thesis comparing different Middle Eastern literatures and I would like to know as much Hebrew as possible to be able to read some of the literature without translation. I am also hopefully going to Israel in August in order to complete an intensive Hebrew program in Tel Aviv. I am willing to devote several hours every day to Hebrew. I am looking for a teacher who will be willing to work very intensely with me.
