I studied Spanish in Bolivia/Peru in 2005 for 6 months. I would like to learn the language so I can complete my MA thesis. I particularly need improvment in speaking (I prefer a communicative approach) and I would also like to work on my reading.
I would like to study about 3 to 4 hours a week (private lessons).
I need lessons that allow me to do alot of the talking (basically I need practise) and I also would like to devote some of the time to translating text (reading).

I am a teacher at a secondary school, mainly employed as an English teacher but also organising brief intorductory courses for the major mainland European languages. I am looking for someone who would be able to teach an eight-hour introduction to Spanish over eight weeks. I have strong desire to learn French for both career and personal reasons.
Since my job requires irregular travel between HK & China, I would like to look for a teacher with a relatively flexible hours of teaching, as well as being able to come to my apartment so as to accomodate with my work schedule.
I'm completely new to french but my plan is to become proficient in the language. Therefore, a good foundation like grammar, pronounciatio n are needed. conversation is also required as I will need to talk in french in future.
