I am looling for Tagalog teacher in Makati City.
I have no Tagalog skills at all. But I came to have interested in learning language including culture, history, and logics behid the language.
I would like to have class around twice a week, and before office hours.
Firstly, I would like to start from conversations . Then in the future, I would like to learn not only language but also more as I mentioned above.

New to Philippines and new to Tagalog. English is my native language.
I have been here since September 2007 and have no plans to leave and therefore, I would like to become at least conversationa l in Tagalog. I am willing to commit 1-3 hours a week for classroom education and additional time to outside assignments.
I am looking for a teacher that can put me at ease and still push me to learn. I am a lazy student, so I am looking for someone that can motivate me.

I am a beginner wanting to learn Tagalog. I'm Filipino and want to learn my native language. I want to learn everything about the language and learn how to speak it fluently because I was never taught. I grew up with my Filipino family but was unfortunately never taught our language. I'm a dancer on a Filipino gameshow when it travels to where I live and am soon going to visit the Phillipines. I really want to have a basic knowledge of Tagalog so I can communicate with the people around me. I'm willing to dedicate an hour or two each week day or more if needed. I want a teacher who is a Filipino and can speak, write, and read Tagalog fluently. I can take lessons over emails and text chats.

I grew up in the philippines until i was 5 years old. i have a lot of family there and i would love to be able to communicate with them when i visit them. i can grasp the topic of a conversation but i am not able to join in. i think i would like to dedicate a year for the lessons, depending on how quick or slow i pick up the language, that might change. i need a teacher to teach me conversationa l tagalog and who is patient and can give me activities that i can do on my own aside from the lessons.
