I have studied French before, but years ago; my spoken French is poor but passive understanding is better. My goal is eventually to interpret simultaneousl y from French, so passive knowledge is more important, but active conversation is of course useful. My knowledge of grammar is basic, and that needs work. I mostly want to look at higher-regist er, official language. I want to dedicate all my free time to this, but I don't have much! I would start at a couple of lessons per week by Skype video conference.

Although I studied abroad in Paris for a few months, I am still a beginner. I recently graduated from my university, but would like to continue learning French for both personal and professional reason. I would particularly like to work on pronounciatio n.
