I would like to learn 2 languages - French and German and I have no previous language experience as far as these 2 languages are concerned.
With a Beginner's course, I hope to be able to converse reasonably well before progressing to Intermediate or Advance. I would like to know if there are qualifying exams that I can attend with certificates being awarded in due course.

Am learning out of interest for language in particular French.
I have no prior education or experience in French but a lot of interest and passion to learn. I have attempted basic French courses on the internet and can read a little bit. Will need to learn right from the basics of writing, and speaking.
I am flexible with time. Anything up to 5 hours a week is good. I'm okay with frequent intense classes.
Someone who can teach me how to write and speak in French. I am looking for affordable fees and flexible teaching style for beginner level.
