I have been trying to study Turkish on my own for the past 3 years, with the help of books, radio, tv and visiting Turkey. My aim is to one day study abroad in Turkey and eventually work there. I want to get to the level of an interpretor, I want to be able to watch a whole Turkish movie and not have to use subtitles!
F irst I'm looking for a teacher who will teach me once or twice a week in person and regularly online etc, who will set me homeworks and who can help me in gaining firstly the GCSE or equivalent. Despite the fact I have been learning a long time I don't consider myself past basic, and I need a teacher who will help me. I especially need help with sentence structure, conversation, tenses etc. I would like my teacher to be friendly of course and who will be patient when I have questions.
I 'm willing to travel but I cannot afford huge prices!
