My son and I are complete beginners and would like to learn Turkish. We would like to have private lessons on a one to two basis for 1.5 hours per week.
We want to learn Turkish because we are going to live in a Turkish speaking country. My son is nearly 13 and we would like lessons from an energetic and `fun` Turkish teacher who does not necessarily have to be a native Turkish speaker but should have a good, well rounded knowledge of the language and have a teaching qualification .
We would like to cover all aspects of grammar construction and conversation. We have about a year to get a grasp of the language. Although we are English native speakers my son is studying Spanish and I teach Spanish so we are not total strangers to foreign languages.
