Good morning,
I'm italian and I live in the States with my husband since January 2005. I studied English when I was in Italy but I can not say that I can speak english fluently ( I haven't been in England or USA before )and my educational background ( high school with an emphasis on humanities and a law course )didn't allow me to continue to study languages. I know the grammar rather well but it's very difficult for me express myself as well as I would like. I'd like to improve my English in order to have the possibility to talk with people and , who knows, to be able to be more present in the american society. I'm an housewife without children so I'd have a lot of time to devote to the study. I'd like my teacher to be competent and patient and the lessons instructive and stimulating. My husband is an engineer and works for an American Company...I think he also need English lessons !!

Beginner seeking english lessons from instructor whos native language is vietnamese. Have recently immigrated to America so would like to take english courses to learn the language and improve quality of life. I'm an advanced English speaker and reader.
In fact English is not my mother language. I live now for one year in Dallas and I want to profit more of the language possibilities I have right now.
Because I want to go to the MBA I need to speak fluently English. A good refresh course of especially the grammar and some business related words are more than welcome.
I studied in the Netherlands, where i come from, english in classe since I was ten years old.
