Hello, my name is Maya and I would like to learn Punjabi. I know no Punjabi at all so I will be starting from scratch. I would like to learn Punjabi beacuse I am thinking of converting to Sikhism, and most Sikhs speak Punjabi, to ceramonies are run in Punjabi, and the holy text is written in Punjabi. I am willing to spend at least two days a week with a tutor. I would like to be able to meet with a tutor in person, rather than over the internet.

Living in Chicago, I've had the pleasure of hearing it spoken quite frequently, and, in my opinion, it is quite simply the most beautiful language currenty in existence.
