I require practice and tuition in grammer (writing the language) and speaking it in conversation.
I am going to Norway in March and would like to use this skill when I am there.
My father was Norwegian and I learned it as a little girl but since my father died many years ago I have not spoken it and I have become very rusty. Also the language he taught me was Riksmal (Gamle Norsk). i really need to learn Nye Norsk and the way the speak it today.
Ple ase help. I wouldn't mind it in a small class or on a one-to-one basis (dependant on price).

I am beginner who wishes to learn Swedish as I visit there perhaps once a year. I also have relatives who come to visit me from Sweden and they have children who do not yet speak English.
I would like to be able to speak basic sentences with the children.
I can say Hej and make myself understood if I am hungrig or torstig but that is about all I can say.
My preference would be for someone whose first language is Swedish and who is very patient and is available either evening or weekends for lessons.

We are intending to move to Barcelona next summer and we would like to learn Catalan for the year before we go. We have no previous knowledge of the language. It would be mainly for conversationa l purposes. We would be able to attemd a lesson once a week but would be happy to work on our own at other times. We are looking for someone who we can relate to and who is approachable and easy to talk to.
