Proficiency is beginner. I am learning Putonghua because I have been living in China. I need help in all areas, but particularly I would like to learn characters.

My parents are chinese, at home I speak a mix of chinese and german. My spoken chinese is way better than my written chinese. Living in the right environment helps me recognize words and phrases which ive once known how to use.

Our school is interested in starting an after school program in September(cla sses to begin at 2:50pm any weekday or perhaps twice a week) for our students to learn a variety of Languages. The average class size would be between 5 and 15 students, depending on what the skill level, price and interst is.
I am looking for teacher(s) to teach Mandarin, Cantonese and Japanese.
Please contact me if you would be interested in teaching 1-2hours per week.
We will of course require references and background check, if you are selected.
We are hoping that this will lead to a permanent program.
