I would like to learn Cantonese because I would like to live in Hong Kong. I recently went to Hong Kong as a tourist and I was really amazed at how beautiful its culture and how disciplined the people were. In order to migrate there, I need to find a job first and I also need to learn Cantonese. During my last visit, I realized that a lot of Hong Kong people are still challenged with the English language and that most of these people are also aloof with people who cannot speak Cantonese. Also, I have searched for jobs online and all of the jobs that I came upon requires proficiency in Cantonese. I would like to embrace the culture and I would like to make Cantonese my second language just as English is. I am willing to spend a lot of time learning it until I get a job there. Since I currently have a 8am-5pm Monday to Friday job, I would prefer to have weekend schedules. Regarding the qualities of the teacher, I would like my teacher to be enthusiastic and encouraging.
