I have been learning French for about 4 years now. I was studying in Paris for a semester 6 months. I did not perfect the french language, but I do understand it better than I speak and write. And I write better than I speak. I want to perfect this language becuase I plan on going back to Paris.

Dear prospective teacher,
I am writing for my daughter, who does not write nor speak english yet! I would like her to become bi-lingual in English and in French. She loves books, but I do not wish to expose her to TV or DVDs yet (ie Muzzy series). She loves books, and we read to her every night. She is 13 months old, very bright and a happy little girl. I am looking for a tutor to work long term with her. Most schools and daycare do not begin this early, but we would like to expose her now to French. She is in daycare now, so depending upon arrangements, she may spend one day, or perhaps afternoons or some weekend time devoted to French. We travel to France, but do not speak French well enough to teach her. We can reinforce learning objectives in our home and purchase appropriate learning materials as needed.
