I'm learning this language as I love learning new languages and for career advancement. I'd like to dedicate 4 hours on the weekend for my sessions.
I' m looking to learn the mandarin language very fluently so I'd like my teacher to be really fluent and very task oriented. I am currently studying Mandarin Chinese and Spanish, and while I'm home on summer break, I would like the opportunity to practice and continue studying either one (primarily Mandarin Chinese though). I would consider myself low intermediate or high beginner. I'm learning foreign languages for future job opportunities and travel. I need improvement mostly in speaking and most particularly listening. My tones are not so good in the little Mandarin I speak, and I would like to improve this. I'm willing to dedicate as much time as possible to language lessons with negotiable prices. I want private one on one lessons with a native speaker, and I am looking for a patient teacher who will be in the San Diego area willing to teach Mandarin in late June and early July.
