I am a beginner level speaker of Mandarin. I have been studying for one year using Pimsleurs CDs and have also attended classes at a local language academy.
M y wife and I have two children, one is adopted from Guangchang, China. I am interested in finding an instructor who can meet with our whole family (4 people) and help us all to learn basic Chinese (spoken and maybe some simplified characters).
I believe we will be able to meet once a week with an instructor for a 2 hour class. Where and when we meet is negotiable. I am looking for an instructor that enjoys children and is comfortable teaching to a small group.

We lived in Shanghai when our Kids now 7+9 where Babies. Since then we always had chinese Girls living with us. I look for somebody who like to spend one Afternoon per week with these children and talk only chinese with them. Probably having some projects, topics or do some cooking.
