I am a beginner. Though I did take 3 yrs of Intro spanish in highschool but that was 5 yrs ago.
Am learning this becasue I love the language, travel to central/south america a lot and need to learn spanish to apply for various jobs I am interested in that require me to be fluent in it.
Need help in grammer, and conversation (speaking and understanding )
I work full time so can dedicate 2 days a week
I need a teacher that is flexible and qualified. But also not too expensive.

I have graduated from High School, and I have been in the photocopier industry for the past 10 years. I speak a little bit of french, and I understand when someone speaks to me in french. The reason I would like to take Spanish lessons is that I would like move to Mexico eventually to persue a new life and or career :) I would be willing to dedicate whatever amount of time it takes to learn the language comfortably enough to carry a conversation. The qualities I look for in a teacher would be patience. I am a visual so I need someone that will show me and explain in detail.

I am interested in continuing my Spanish immersion language program that I was enrolled in down in San Diego last. I took a semister long course once a week that was total immersion and it was great! I also took some Spanish in high school way back and utilized my Spanish a bit in S. Cal.
My two children were also in a Spanish immersion preschool in San Diego and were becoming quite competitent in understanding and could speak and sing a few songs. This was almost two years ago since they were in the program. My son is in French immersion Grade 1 and my daughter will start kindergarten. I have tried to have them continue to watch some Spanish TV shows and to listen to some Spanish CD's but in order for them to become more proficient, it would be great to have either a tutor come once a week or join a class of some sort. We also like to vacation in Mexico every year if possible.
So, my question to you is whether you have any experience in teaching younger children and if you are interesting in trying!
